The journey is never perfect, but it will give you clarity 🖤 Some dreams don’t end they just evolve. From a wild journey of a team of 6 to reconnecting with the core of what I love and saying goodbye to the team.

Moving forward with intention and a more personal approach, we will be focussing on the quality of our work and our connection with the client. With above all stepping solely into mutual collaborative projects, that give us space to exceed our own expectations and reach higher levels. Clients always expect the world from us, but aren’t willing to give the same for their business.

Moving forward with a clear understanding of what we need from a collaborative environment will help both us and the right client.

Just a reminder: Dreams evolve and that’s okay, the key is to keep moving into the direction that feels good for you. 🤍 should I do a story time on managing a team to downsizing?
