Why yoga? Because it makes me feel good, balanced, in harmony and I believe that yoga and therapeutic approach to yoga can help many people around the world. Why dance? Because I grew up with dance and it is a very important part of my life that thought me a lot about body, movement, happiness and discipline. Why (mostly) online? Because I moved from place to place so many times which also means t

hat I needed to leave many nice people behind – my beloved students and inspiring colleagues. By creating this online platform I would like to build long-lasting relationships with each of you by connecting and reconnecting via newsletter, blogging, social media, live online classes & workshops, online courses, retreats and more. The best part is that my or your location doesn’t matter at all. With love

Every time I come to my classes, I see the surprised faces of my students (each time more and more😃) - they are wondering how am I still moving?!? 😅🙈
