To celebrate my 666 followers and it's only 66 days till Halloween (coincidence? I think not!): here is a spoopy picture of a vampire OC I came up with for the Halloween meet last year.

Oh my gosh I couldn't contain my excitement when I received these pictures, they were so amazing! Thank you so much again, Serena, I love them.
It's been a while since I've watched CR though, haha. I still love this cosplay, but going through another hyperfocus and after ExU: Calamity, I didn't get the hype for C3 again, unfortunately. I'll try to turn on the episodes one of these days, I'll probably get back into it, haha.

Only two weeks until Castlefest and I'm so ready for that weekend! Not with my costumes haha, but I really missed it for two years, especially with the last minute cancelation last year.
Hopefully I can update this pirate-look a bit and then I'm going to wear it with a pirate squad on Saturday!

It's thursday, are you ready for the new episode? I was screaming when I got this photo back, look how cool! Go give Eve a big round of applause.
I'm very happy how this cosplay is turning out as well. She's not finished yet, but I'm going to finish more for MCM next week. That's right, I'm going to London BABY!
Fun fact: The wig and shoes are thrifted for this cosplay. I think cosplay can be a very nonsustainable hobby, because I make a lot of garments and props myself, I produce a lot of waste with foam and fabric. I try to minimize it by using leftovers, old curtains, bedsheets and even old cosplays as mock-up fabric. Still, I feel obligated to compensate, so I started with thrifting! I especially love Vinted for this.

How do you try to be more sustainable in your cosplays?

It's been a while since I posted my dear Anya. Special shout out to Randy for editing my eyes (because I didn't have coloured lenses with me).

Can you believe this was the first time I was back at a cosplayevent since 2019? I was so happy to be back at cosplaying again! Though I have destroyed this cosplay half a year later for Halloween and last weekend I have finally put her with the trash. I couldn't get it over my heart to actually throw her away, haha. It's such a comfort cosplay for me! And not because she is easy to wear, but because she is a major comfort characters for me.

I was at Heroes Made In Asia yesterday and wore my Zelda cosplay again, so I thought it would be fun to post a pic from Elfia Arcen last year. A thousand thanks and special shoutout to my dear friend Anna ( ) who styled my wig. Unfortunately you can't see them in this pic but she did an a-ma-zing job with the braid wefts. Not only in terms of crafting, because this was again some project to tackle, but I also learned how to be confident with my own body because of this cosplay! But yeah, this included my first bodysuit, a very difficult zipper for my skill-level, my first work with foam and worbla, shoecovers and altering a pattern to include two kinds of fabric!

After two failed attempts, I was set on getting it right! The fabrics I used were perfect this time, I really payed attention to all the details (not just a plain pearl necklace, but bigger and smallerpearls were used, details on the tiara) and I think the blue details match perfectly with the dress! I just can't wait to make it another time once I have better skills regarding dressmaking!

It's not an entire cosplay I had to redo, but as you can see I didn't use the same wig! I bought a cheap "male" wig the first time and the second time I thoroughly researched and found... ! The wig I used is their Marty Classic in black! It's a short, lace-front wig with a widow's peak. Very happy with my choice for this cosplay!
Also a throwback to my first Elfia Arcen and second Elfia Haarzuilens. I hope everyone going to Elfia Arcen has a fun but safe weekend!

This was the first time I decided to do a dress with lace-up back and... I failed. Yeah, if you want to do lace-up back with slippery and satin like lining: that's not going to work, lol. But either way: I learned a lot and I really want a do-over with this dress as soon as possible!
