Timeless design is not about creating an interior that never changes.

It’s about making choices you won’t regret when the trend does.

Especially in a kitchen🤎

A kitchen is one of the biggest investments in a home, yet we often design it around what we see everywhere right now. The trending colour. The statement material. The shape everyone suddenly wants.

But what if we designed for longevity instead?

For me, a timeless kitchen starts with proportion, architecture and materiality before decoration.

I would rather choose one beautiful material and repeat it with intention than introduce five different finishes just to make a space interesting.

I would rather invest in craftsmanship than in a trend.

And I would rather create a kitchen that feels connected to the architecture of the home than one that immediately tells you which year it was designed.

Because timeless doesn’t have to mean safe.

It can be bold. Sculptural. Unexpected.

The difference is that every decision has a reason.

And maybe that is the question we should ask more often when designing our homes:
