A place to grow, to bloom and to be yourself. 🩷

In 2016, after years of dreaming, I – Amanda – turned my passion into reality: opening a studio where you can train in a fun, safe and accessible way.
A place where you’re welcome as a complete beginner, but also if you want to grow at a high level. A place where we push boundaries together, where new friendships are made and where you get stronger with every class, physically and mentally.
A place that feels like home.

Now, ten years later, there’s a warm and diverse team of instructors. Strong women, each with their own style, energy and vision, who teach with love and passion.

From your very first spin to advanced skills and everything in between.
Every level, every body and every dancer belongs here. ✨

Your first spin. Your first invert.
The little wins, the big milestones & everything in between. ✨ We celebrate it all.

Come to train. Stay
for the friendships. 🫶
A place where you can be yourself, feel supported & have fun.

Physically safe. Mentally safe. ❤️

Learn with the right guidance, challenge yourself at your own pace, and know that you’re supported every step of the way. 🤍

Ready to try something new? ✨

What if your new favorite moment of the week is a class at Studio ADC?

Pole • Aerial • Pilates • Stretch

💛 Your first trial class €12.99
💛 5 trial classes €69

No experience needed. No matter your level, body or background, you’re welcome here.

A place to grow, get stronger, have fun and most importantly: be yourself.
Learn at your own pace, surrounded by a supportive community.

Come try a class and discover what you’re capable of. ✨
