In his work, often uses playful typography, unusual compositions and bold colours to create posters that stand out and surprise. His posters demonstrate how graphic design can push boundaries and create new visual languages.

During this Summer School masterclass, participants develop visual responses that are not decorative, but necessary. The goal is not to create something that looks good for a moment, but something that communicates, challenges and stays.

During this Summer School masterclass, participants create an inspiring poster - or, if you prefer, one that embraces your grumpy side. You create the design elements using a special technique: with piped cocoa frosting! 🍫

Using simple letters and powerful messages, Anthony Burrill creates bold graphic works that communicate ideas in a clear and direct way. His minimalist style combines traditional craft techniques with modern media, from posters and murals to installations and skateboards.
