While we’re still sharing some of the beautiful moments from summer edition, behind the scenes we’re already preparing for our upcoming winter edition!✨🌙 and the castle rooms can be booked now, together with your festival tickets!

We gather again from 6-10 January 2027 at the castle for five days of Ecstatic Dance, deepening workshops and concerts! The beginning of a new year is a beautiful moment to pause, look inward and explore the visions we carry for the year ahead. During these five days, we’ll have space to move, connect, dance, explore and celebrate together as we step into 2027.

As we shared in our latest newsletter, the castle rooms are available in our ticket shop on Hipsy. You can choose between a private or shared room in the historic castle or in the newer castle farm building🤍

A shared room can be a lovely option if you’re coming alone or feeling a little nervous about joining for the first time. Most of us started that way too, arriving on our own and discovering that we were never really alone at all🥰

Dance has a way of dissolving the distance between strangers, reminding us that we were never meant to do everything on our own.

Without needing words, something begins to shift. We remember what it feels like to be part of something bigger than ourselves, moving together, laughing together, crying together. Simply being human together❤️‍🔥

In January we’ll gather again at the castle for our Winter Edition. But if you can’t wait for that, we first have our other gathering, Het Grote Fijne festival from 25 till 30 August. Het Grote Fijne Festival is a festival for everyone, kids included! We have a beautiful international lineup: Faisal Salah, Reinhardt Buhr, aquario and more!

Plus the ecstatic dances with , kahmeya ferguson, DJ NiJi, Sariel Orenda, Adriana Munoz

Next to that, at Het Grote Fijne, we have singing circles, sound journeys and around 30+ workshops! And this all on the beautiful grounds of Landgoed Energy Up!

So many beautiful people, open hearts, unexpected conversations and countless moments that reminded us what it feels like to truly be present.♥️ From the first dance until the very last hug, there was a sense of freedom, connection and joy that is hard to put into words.

So beautiful to see everyone dancing, creating, laughing, crying, jamming, having deep sharing moments together! All of this made this festival what it was! Every single one of you added something unique!!

Well be back with another festival Het Grote Fijne Festival (also for the little ones, so you could bring your kids!!🧡 from 25 till 30 August (early birds until tomorrow) and otherwise Ecstatic Dance Festival Holland New Year Celebration 2027!✨✨✨ see you there!

As we look back on this beautiful edition, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

To everyone who was there… thank you.

For bringing your energy, your openness, your kindness and your unique presence.

Together we created something that none of us could have created alone.

We danced until our feet carried us, shared conversations that will stay with us.
We laughed, cried, rested, celebrated and witnessed one another♥️

Moments like these remind us why we do this… because of the people who bring it all to life.

Thank you to every participant, co-creator, facilitator, musician, and everyone working behind the scenes. This festival exists because of all of you!

We’re still carrying the warmth of this week with us, and we hope a little piece of it came home with you too!

Tomorrow, we’ll gather again! ❤️‍🔥 Here’s the full timetable! Some workshops you’ll choose, others will somehow find you;)

Some of you have been counting down for months. Others decided only recently that this was where you wanted to be. Either way, we’re so happy you’re coming!

A few practical things before we begin:
• Arrival is from 15:00 to 21:00 at the latest
• Our Opening Ceremony starts at 19:00. We’d love to start this journey together, so please make sure you’re settled before then!✨

Dance when your body wants to dance. Rest when it asks you to rest. Join a workshop, a beautiful conversation or do just nothing. You might end up at a concert you hadn’t planned for;)

We’ll take it from there!

🌞 Alex Serra (Gato Suave) & Toti Arimany bring a soulful blend of downtempo, dub and world music. Their concerts have become a spiritual activation, inviting connection, trust and a shared experience beyond words.

🌞 Lotte Walda fills the space with warm folk-pop inspired by nature, light and authenticity. Her uplifting songs celebrate connection, joy and coming home to yourself.

🌞 Lisa de Bruijn creates an intimate space where healing songs, vocal improvisation and deep presence invite you to soften, feel and simply be. Liza will also collab with Yarl during an Ecstatic Dance set with her amazing vocals!

🌞 will give an immersive live performance!

🌞 Milli Moonstone | Awaken Your Medicine brings a heart-opening Concert & Singing Circle where performance and participation naturally blend together. Through simple mantras and medicine songs, everyone becomes part of the music.

🌞 Bas Tol slows everything down with Where Words Stop - a listening concert that gently opens space for emotions that often remain unspoken.

🌞 Annika Winberg creates songs that embrace every part of being human. Her intimate concert is a journey through vulnerability, joy, grief and love, reminding us that all of us are welcome.

🌞 Michiel Schrijnemaekers brings both a singing circle with cacaoceremony and an intimate Mantra Concert. Expect medicine songs, stories, heartfelt connection and a place where every voice is welcome.

🌞 Barry Leeft shares heartfelt Dutch medicine music about embracing life’s challenges with honesty and authenticity. He also hosts a Musical Jam where everyone is invited to inin with or without an instrument

🌞 .foree brings soulful songs and ceremonial sounds that move from stillness to celebration. A concert where singing, dancing, tears and laughter can all exist side by side.
