We combine quick improvisation comedy, razor-sharp writing, and songs made up on the spot. Boom Chicago - Live from Amsterdam! There is always something exciting going on at Boom Chicago: new shows, new actors, new parties, and new projects! But you can always count on great comedy and a fun night. Boom Chicago makes Amsterdam laugh with a unique mix of scripted scenes, improvisation, music and video. Our English language shows appeal to internationally-minded Dutch people, the expat community and sharper visitors to the city. Our themes vary, but we are drawn to life in Amsterdam, culture clash, current events and technology.
