Honestly, this is how I spend a lot of my quiet time 🖊️
Just paper, a pencil, and brow strokes. It sounds simple but this practice has changed the way my hand moves.
I always tell people, it doesn’t matter if you’re a makeup artist or fully committed to brows, you need to know how a stroke is built before you build it on someone’s face.
In my book I actually walk through this exact thing. Starting with the skeleton, the shape, the direction, then adding strokes layer by layer until it feels natural. Because that’s the thing, it has to feel natural in your hand first.
These are some of my sketches. Far from perfect, which is exactly the point .
