We have a new piece hanging on one of our walls!
This drawing by community member is part of a long-term research project exploring the possible evolutionary value of obesity. By reimagining iconic film scenes with different body types, the series challenges how we look at the human form.
What if obesity was seen not only as a social theme, but as an adaptation to our world, a form of inverse evolution, moving us back toward the water?
The work is not about judgment, but about shifting perspective. It asks: What do we really see when we look?

Project Spotlight: While serving a functional purpose as a lamp, this object is also the official award for the Prix Voltaire International, designed by our community member . The award was presented last Friday to the prize winner
The Prix Voltaire International, presented by the International Publishers Association, celebrates individuals or organizations who have shown exceptional courage in defending the freedom to publish, often in the face of censorship or repression.
It is beautiful to see design and purpose come together in such a meaningful way.
