We're thrilled to announce STOOR Live in Paradiso - ADE 2026!

On Saturday we're teaming up with our good friend Rødhåd and realizing the long-awaited collab everyone saw coming; WSNWG x STOOR Live.

The two label-heads will be joined by none other than JakoJako, Lady Starlight and UFO95.

On Sunday Donato Dozzy will accompany Speedy J in Paradiso for a second ADE closing. Alongside them Wallis and The Fear Ratio (James Ruskin and Mark Broom) will be plugging in their synths to make their STOOR Live debut.

Tickets for both days are now available via Paradiso.

We’re less than 2 months away from STOOR Live at Sónar 2026, so it’s time to reveal the visual artist lineup.

Each day, four artists generate visuals in real time, projected onto the central monolith, drawing you in, closing the distance

Returning STOOR collaborators Daniel Steenhoff, Danne Hekman and Karl Klomp are present across all three days, accompanied by a selection of local artists. On Thursday, they'll be joined by Barcelona-based visual artist and VJ Tirador; on Friday by another Barcelona artist, Acid Thermal; and on Saturday by TSO, from Madrid.

It's all part of the most ambitious iteration of the project so far.

We're excited to announce the new Speedy J album: Walkman.

"Every winter I stop performing and start exploring, taking time off from touring to spend time in the studio. It’s been a while since I felt the urge to bring ideas together in an album.

It makes sense to me now; longer form listening and a sense of ritual have a clear place in an increasingly fragmented landscape.

This edition of STOOR Live had some complex sync issues and even a classic power cut. However it also might've had some of the most amazing moments and possibly even the best vibe of any edition so far! All of the artists absolutely rocked it. We had a collaboration with Abbey Road Institute Amsterdam set up to record immersive surround audio. And everything was captured in 4K...

So here it is! You can find the entire set in its full glory and with all its twists and turns on the STOOR YouTube channel now. Thanks again to everyone that took part. Enjoy watching and reliving this one!

What a vibe! Anything can happen when 5 musicians and a video team decide to improvise for 8 hours. Every STOOR Live is a unique journey where the unexpected is embraced and the process unfolds in real time. Synergy appears out of nowhere, combinations are pulled out of thin air. Things come together and fall apart again. Man and machine connect. And sometimes… clocks fail. Last night had both beauty and friction. No two editions are the same. And that’s why we love it. Big thanks to everyone who contributed to this one! ⚡

STOOR Sound Checks Vol. 2 is out now.

Ever wondered what actually happens inside the STOOR Live spaceship? Five setups locked to one clock, summed through dual V10 mixers, 909s, modular, step-write programming. Who’s doing what is often impossible to tell, and frankly irrelevant.

For those interested Speedy J has written a full breakdown of his entire setup and workflow on Substack.

And if you want to experience the soundcheck in person during ADE later this year. There's an ultra-limited package with soundcheck access wristband including STOOR Live event tickets on Bandcamp.

STOOR Live will be making its debut in Spain this summer at Sónar 2026!

On 18, 19 and 20 June the SonarCar stage will be the arena for the most ambitious iteration of the project so far. During the three-day takeover Speedy J will be joined by four different artists each day for a fully improvised live session. Here are the names of the collaborating artists that will be with us. We can’t wait. See you in Barcelona!

Letting people peek under the hood has always been a part of STOOR.

STOOR Sound Checks is a new series built from recordings made during Speedy J his live sound checks. "I always press record while setting up, testing cables, tweaking patches, making sure everything works." Sometimes those accidental moments end up sounding better than the tracks that took hours to make.

These four tracks come straight from those sessions, and Speedy J has even been playing some of them in his DJ sets.

Limited vinyl available, plus an ultra-limited package with wristbands for the STOOR Live sound check at Paradiso during ADE.

Here's the complete line-up for STOOR Live in Paradiso the 21st of March!

None other than fellow Rotterdam-based record label Nous'klaer Audio will be joining us and taking over the Upstairs Room. Founder Sjoerd Oberman has been championing forward-thinking electronic music since 2013 and is renowned for giving rising talent a platform. In recent years they've also launched Nous'klaer Festival which will be celebrating its third edition in June. And lastly Sjoerd has been part of the STOOR crew for several years as our label manager. It's high time for a Pink Noise takeover by Oberman and his roster!

We're looking forward to kicking off spring with all of you!

Are you a vinyl ju**ie? Check this out.

I’m excited to announce “Transparent.” Continuing the DIY projects in the STOOR lab, we’re currently experimenting with shapes. This is probably one of the weirdest looking records ever made. I also think it’s one of the most beautiful designs we have ever released. It’s a clear transparent 10” vinyl with an off-centre hole, housed in a clear transparent PVC sleeve. All clear, no labels, no print. Just a completely transparent object that looks pretty surreal spinning on a turntable.

One side is a bouncy jam with a drum machine and GRM Tools; the other side is a collage of material recorded from the modular, which had a half-working, half-deceased Wogglebug as a modulation source. Both sides are cut at 45 RPM. The thing I’m most proud of about this record is that the design and packaging were created in collaboration with the design studio of my son, who runs , the same guy who made the scarves. More collaborations with him to be announced.
