Consemulder’s Mint Condition, Monaco ’74 unfolds as a constructed memory. Drawing from the visual language of the 1970s, the series moves between nostalgia and fiction, like still frames from a forgotten film, where scenes feel both familiar and unresolved.
Rather than documenting a past, the work suggests it. Fragments of a narrative linger, leaving space for what came before and what might follow.
