We’re looking for energetic people to help keep our boats running smoothly this season.

🟢 RUNNER / BIKE CREW
📍 Amsterdam canals
🕐 Mainly Friday – Saturday – Sunday
⏰ Around 13:00 – 20:00

What you’ll do :
• Bring drinks & supplies to the boats by bike
• Help transport materials through the city
• Support the team in the harbor
• Keep operations running smoothly during busy days

Perfect if you :
✔ Like being outside
✔ Know Amsterdam well
✔ Don’t mind cycling a lot
✔ Enjoy working in a young, social team


🟢 HARBOR SERVICE CREW
📍 Amsterdam Harbor
⏰ Shifts:
Morning: 07:00 – 12:00
Evening: 20:00 – 00:00

Your tasks :
• Prepare & restock the boats
• Clean and maintain the fleet
• Small technical service & maintenance
• Help skippers before and after tours
• Make sure everything is ready for the next day

We’re looking for someone who :
✔ Likes practical work
✔ Is reliable and proactive
✔ Enjoys working around boats
✔ Doesn’t mind early mornings or evening shifts

– Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere
– Making sure the boat always looks tip top
– Providing guests with the very best experience on the canals

No experience yet?
No problem! Our experienced colleagues will teach you the tricks of the trade. If you love being on the water and have affinity with boating, you can easily join KINboat and start immediately!

We offer you :

– A seasonal contract in accordance with the CAO day recreation
– Flexible working hours
– The freedom to determine your own sailing route and story
– Accrual of sailing days for the Large Vaarbewijs

– You are fun, friendly and enthusiastic
– You have a good command of the English language
– You are representative, well-groomed and approachable
– You are flexible, including weekends and holidays
– You are in possession of a license 1 and a basic certificate in marine navigation, or willing to obtain one soon
– You have a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or are willing to apply for one

🚤 WE ARE HIRING - HOSTS IN AMSTERDAM

Can you see yourself sailing through the canals of Amsterdam, giving guests an unforgettable experience? Do you get energy from people, fun and a bit of excitement around you? Then this is your chance!
For this season (March to October), KINboat Amsterdam is looking for enthusiastic hosts on board.

This is your responsibility :
As a host on board, you will sail through the canals of Amsterdam together with the skipper on our open boats. You ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience. You welcome guests, tell fun stories about the city and serve drinks during the cruise. You are the face of KINboat on the water!

This is what you do in a day :
– Welcoming our guests enthusiastically on board
– Telling stories about Amsterdam and the highlights along the route
– Serving drinks and making sure everyone is provided
– Creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere on board
– Helping guests get on and off the boat
– Working with the skipper to ensure smooth sailing
– Keeping the boat neat and tidy
– Providing our guests with the very best experience!

We offer you :
– The very best job on the water in the heart of Amsterdam

We ask of you :
– You are sociable, energetic and 18 years or older
– You dare to speak in front of a group

– You are willing to work evenings
