Dearest people,
we are super happy to announce the power couple behind Bom Voyage; Marcia Mars and Rui Weerkamp. They have been a driving force in the Dutch psytrance community for decades and deserve our biggest graditude for their dedication and amazing work they have done for the community over the years. Our first thougt of doing the Kingsday event was inviting these pioneers because maybe most of us still remember, but in a not so far time ago they were doing the Kingsday events in Amsterdam (Droogbak). It was a free party in the midst of Amsterdam and it was always the highlight of the day to come and meet the psytrance rave culture. Back then it was still queensday and it was on 30th of April. Maybe some of you know this is also the Beltane, or the return of light celebration in Celtic cultures. It translates Bel (Clear) Taine (Fire) and is a celebration of the sungod Bel. We are honored and humbled to have these legends on our event and we hope we can meet their quality one day and continue this beautiful tradition once created by these initiaters.
