but today, on the last day of May, I heave special festive feeling. May is my birth-month, and the 31st feels like I have an extra day which I wouldn’t have had being born on some other months. Maygreen is a specific color, a vibrant, juicy green when the leaves are at their full size but still have their young springlike shade. When I looked at the outer world for the first time I saw this color and it filled my eyes.

Op de Haarlemmerdijk vind je A Volo, waar Viola Winokan een bijzondere workshop schilderen met koffie verzorgt. In haar atelier werk je met zelfontwikkelde koffiepigment-inkt, geschikt voor zowel beginners als ervaren makers. Terwijl je creatief bezig bent, kun je bij A Volo ook genieten van goede Italiaanse koffie en heerlijke verse broodjes. Het betreft een walk in workshop. Aanmelden kan via: [email protected].
