After a really fun summer ladystyling course, the monthly ladystyling bootcamps are back!!

This saturday Mirjam will be teaching a Salsa On1 Ladystyling Bootcamp🌸

The ladystyling will start with some technique training that is helpful developing your partnering skills. For example focussing on spin technique, posture, balance exercises and many more.

In the second half of the workshop you will learn a fun & feminine shine where you will focus on bodymovement & arm styling and gain confidence to express yourself on the dancefloor.

In this bootcamp we will:

- Improve your basics/fundamental techniques.

- Give you the secret tips & tricks to improve your salsa dancing
