Founded in 1998 by Dutch television and theatre entrepreneur Joop van den Ende, Stage Entertainment is one of the world’s largest theatre producers and owners. The company has earned a reputation as a first-class theatrical production company focusing on Europe. With offices in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Russia, France, Italy and the United States, the group produces some of the best-known titles in musical theatre. The company stages licensed productions from its world-renowned partners as well as new, original productions created entirely in-house. Stage Entertainment employs more than 3,000 people worldwide, and over 10 million visitors attend a Stage Entertainment production every year. Waarom werken jullie met Eventim? Afgelopen woensdag bleek ik geen tickets voor donderdag te hebben ontvangen. Vandaag, dus te laat, komt er een slap excuus via de mail dat het zo druk was ( duh... als je dagen onbereikbaar bent en je systeem niet op orde hebt krijg je dat) , omdat ze per telefoon niet te bereiken waren en ik dus meerdere keren 60 cent moest betalen om vervolgens te horen dat ZIJ de lijn verbraken ivm te druk. Ze waren dus dagen onbereikbaar en geven nu aan dat ze niets kunnen vinden en een boekingsnummer nodig hebben. Die ik dus niet had ivm geen bevestiging te hebben gekregen.
Detail hierin: Het AFAS kon het wel vinden, had dus wel de reservering binnen.... Het probleem ligt dus bij Eventim. Wat ik vaker hoor en wat bij theaters ook een veelvuldig terugkomend probleem en frustratiepunt is.
Ik zou jullie dan ook aan willen raden om te stoppen met het toewijzen van 1 partij waar kaarten te koop zijn. En zeker deze... het is echt een schande. Ze waren GEHEEL onbereikbaar!

Malheureusement et malgré leur discours contraire, le plan des repreneurs du Cirque du Soleil est bien de laisser sur le carreau les Artisans et les PME auxquels le CdS doit de l'argent. La faillite et la transmission sera donc pour eux l'occasion de privilégier quelques gros créanciers et de ne pas honorer leur dette auprès des autres... Triste reprise.

De Show voor 27 april is officieel geanuleerd, dus hebben wij gevraagt om teruggaaf van de tickets kosten om opnieuw te kunnen boeken wanneer het ons uitkomt. Dit is afgewezen door Beatrix Theather en verwijzen naar de show orginizatie, die niet beschikbaar zijn omdat niemand weet wie ze zijn. Wij willen ons geld terug zodat we zelf een nieuwe datum kunnen kiezen wanneer de situatie dit weer toelaat. Zijn er meerdere mensen in een vergekijkbare situatie?
