There will be an exclusive playback of select tracks from my latest album project ‘On Being’ in Dolby Atmos at Dolby House on Thur 17 Oct at Amsterdam Dance Event between 11-12 CET.

I won’t be there this year unfortunately, however it will be hosted by the great Myles Clarke from Dolby and Anthony Faulkner from Mesh

"What do you want to express, which you feel you can’t in everyday life?"

On Being transforms inner thoughts and personal reflections submitted over a two year period in posing this question. It explores the depths of human emotion, making a community based project representative of our shared inner psyche.

After hearing the the music in Dolby Atmos, the reflections and quotes behind each piece will be revealed.

On Being was mixed in Dolby Atmos in partnership with Richard Burki at Future Phonic Studios

🎵Together with we made my song NIGHTRIDE featuring into a 3D spatial audio experience by mixing it into Dolby atmos! This way the song becomes more of an ‘experience’.   🖤It’s been a super long time since I have been releasing music and I’m so ready to have fun with it again! And NIGHTRIDE is the perfect song to do that with 🙃

🎬 ✨ TBT to the premiere of our first audio film ! Humbled to see hundreds of people at the Pathé Cinémas in Amsterdam Noord sitting in the dark & listening, fully immersed in one of the first audio films designed for

💡 When we got the brief to do an immersive mix for a feature film length project about a child born with a supernatural sense of hearing - we naturally got really excited about the possibilities. You can only imagine our surprise when we discovered this project wouldn't feature any picture on-screen and that we would need to rely exclusively on sound to take the audience on a journey!

🎶 Our friends Adrian Vrijhoef and Daniel Sillem at KLOAQ Audio Design produced a beautiful score composed by buket zor and Bardo Camp together with an incredible amount of foley, sound design and dialogue; all of which were reconstructed from the ground up as an immersive auditory experience in 3 dimensions at Posta's Dolby Atmos Dub Stage.

🙏A very special thanks to the team at KLOAQ and Fardau Verschuren at Storytel for bringing us along for the ride and entrusting us with such a beautiful project, and to Naomi Polhaupessy and Casper Molin at Posta for their help - it's been our pleasure working with you!

Excited to share our latest project “Chillhop Essentials Spring 23”, now mixed in Immersive Audio at Future Phonic Studios by Richard Burki. Big thanks to our friends at Chillhop Music who entrusted us with mixing their first full playlist in ! 40+ artists, 28 tracks, 70+ min of blissful chillhop, lofi hip-hop, jazz hop and old school soulful beats 👌

We recently had the pleasure of working with Julius Horsthuis to create the immersive mix and sound design for his “Fractal Horizons” experience with David Levy’s music, developed for a location-based dome experience for the Noor Festival of light and art in Riyadh that premiered in November 2022.

Julius Horsthuis (1980) is a visual effects designer and fractal artist whose work has been pushing the limits of computer graphics resulting in captivating visual splendour we call ‘fractal art’ - a blend between the abstract and cinematic animation. Named as “one of the 35 best XR experiences of 2019” by Forbes, Julius’s work has captivated audiences and gained recognition around the world since.

Horsthuis has made music videos for Max Cooper, Eric Serra, Meshuggah, and background visuals for Avicii, Lady Gaga, and many more. Some of his fractal visuals have also been featured in Guillermo del Toro’s “Cabinet of Curiosities” series. You can experience some of his otherworldly digital art experiences at museums, festivals, and dome installations in places such as Artechouse NYC, NXT Museum Amsterdam, Art Basel Miami, Coachella, IDFA, and many others. And in case you can’t travel to these locations, his immersive art is now available to experience even in Virtual Reality.
