I always found the working muscles beautiful and interesting to see. For example when someone is doing a hard hit, jabs, the legs of a housedancer etc.. the trembling of the skin, the jiggling fat, the muscles (we often don't really pay attention to these things because of the clothes and because we are watching the movements itself more?) The tension and the relaxation of the body. The power and the softness.
In this video I wanted to focus on this, the body itself. The pretty lines and bones. The sweat and the hard work and at the same time the beauty of it, which we all see in dance.

This was the first time I made a video with my own concept and also the first time I directed a video. I learned a lot during this proces, and sometimes it was hard to make reality of what exactly was in my head. But Im HAPPY with the result and I had fun working with these talented people.

Soooo, enough talking. I hope yall enjoy the video!
