Join Our Artistic Team at a Stationary Children’s Theatre in Amsterdam!
About Black Cat Theatre: Black Cat Theatre is a unique children’s theatre in Amsterdam, renowned for its intimate setting and high-quality sensory and visual storytelling performances.
• Located in Amsterdam West, near Sloterdijk Train Station.
• Dedicated to children aged 1-5.
Who We're Looking For:
• Actresses with strong movement skills for ongoing collaboration.
• New cast members for our existing shows: FOUR SEASONS, MEH & THE RAINBOW
• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals who love to improvise.
• No prior experience performing for children required.
• Must reside in or around Amsterdam.
Audition Details:
• Dates: July 26th, July 27th, August 2nd, and August 3rd (by invitation only). On these days, auditions will be held for selected candidates. Candidates will be scheduled individually at specific times. Please indicate in your application which day suits you best for the audition.
• Location: Black Cat Theatre, Amsterdam.
Rehearsal & Premiere Schedule:
Rehearsals (Mon - Fri) - Shows (Sat - Sun)
* September 23rd – September 29th (full availability required)
* September 30th – October 6th (full availability required)
* October 21st – October 27th (full availability required)

Important:
• There is no fixed deadline for applications. If initial auditions are unsuccessful, applications will remain open until September 15th.
• Only apply if you are available during the specified rehearsal and premiere periods.
Selected candidates will receive an invitation with further details about the audition and terms of cooperation.

Over Black Cat Theatre: Black Cat Theatre is een uniek kindertheater in Amsterdam, bekend om zijn intieme setting en hoogwaardige zintuiglijke en visuele vertelvoorstellingen.
• Gelegen in Amsterdam West, nabij Station Sloterdijk.
• Reguliere shows in het weekend, met extra ochtendvoorstellingen doordeweeks.
• Gericht op kinderen van 1-5 jaar.
Wie We Zoeken:
• Actrices met sterke bewegingsvaardigheden voor langdurige samenwerking.
• Nieuwe castleden voor onze bestaande shows: VIER SEIZOENEN, MEH & DE REGENBOOG (bezoek onze website voor meer details).
• Energieke, creatieve en enthousiaste individuen die van improvisatie houden.
• Geen eerdere ervaring met optreden voor kinderen vereist.
• Moet woonachtig zijn in of rondom Amsterdam.
Auditie Details:
• Data: 26 juli, 27 juli, 2 augustus en 3 augustus (alleen op uitnodiging). Op deze dagen worden audities gehouden voor geselecteerde kandidaten. Kandidaten worden op specifieke tijdstippen individueel ingepland. Geef bij je aanmelding aan welke dag jou het beste uitkomt voor de auditie.
• Tijd: 10:00 – 19:00 (individuele schema's worden geregeld).
• Locatie: Black Cat Theatre, Amsterdam.

Belangrijk:
• Er is geen vaste deadline voor aanmeldingen. Als de eerste audities niet succesvol zijn, blijven de aanmeldingen open tot 15 september.
