Donderdagavond was weer een gezellige Art Evening op de PAN Amsterdam. Veel jonge kunstliefhebbers, lekkere hapjes en drankjes. Goede verkopen gedaan.
Kortom een mooie avond tijdens de PAN week.

Stilte voor de storm, onze stand op de , vanochtend vlak voor de officiële opening. Het was een zeer succesvolle openingsdag vandaag met veel interessante ontmoetingen met oude vrienden, nieuwe verzamelaars, kunstliefhebbers en mooie verkopen. Kortom een heerlijke start van deze prachtige beurs.

Roger Moore is best known for his portrayal of James Bond, a role he played in seven films from 1973 to 1985, making him the longest-serving Bond actor in the series’ history. Moore brought a distinctive charm and light-hearted wit to the character, often emphasizing humor and suave sophistication over the grittier edge of his predecessors.
Terry O’Neill, who famously photographed many iconic figures including several James Bond actors, had a great respect for Roger Moore. O’Neill remarked that Moore brought a unique sense of humor and sophistication to the role of Bond, which made him stand out from other portrayals.

An original silver gelatin print of Roger Moore, life time signed by Terry O’Neill and even co-signed by Sir Roger Moore are available in my gallery.

Marie-Jenne van Hövell 📸 is een fotograaf met een groot oeuvre. Als zij tijd heeft naast het produceren van nieuw werk voor de gaat zij soms mee als ik haar kunstwerken bij de klant ga ophangen. Het persoonlijk afleveren en ophangen van de verkochte kunstwerken van de kunstenaars is een service van mijn galerie. Dan weet je als galeriehouder dat het werk goed hangt en uitgelicht is. Uiteindelijk gaat het om de positieve ervaring van de klant, zodat die optimaal kan genieten van zijn nieuwe aanwinst.

Vandaag laatste dag van Anton Corbijn in het Cobra museum in Amstelveen, nog net even geweest. Een mix van zijn mode fotografie en zijn oude bekenden uit de muziekwereld. Zijn passie voor fotografie ontstond al op jonge leeftijd, zoekende naar een manier om aan het burgerlijke milieu te ontsnappen.
