Sinds 2012 duikt TekenenOnderInvloed (fka HollandsNextModeltekenen) regelmatig op als een interactief evenement in musea, op kunstfestivals
en als intense workshop voor specifieke groepen. Daarnaast is het concept ook omgevormd tot educatief programma voor kunstacademies. Check regelmatig wanneer TOI ergens opduikt!

HNM (Holland’s Next Modeltekenen) is a dynamic, experimental and cross media concept developed by Dutch multidisciplinary artist Willum Geerts. Based on the classical academic way of model drawing, it’s an ode to the humankind in all its strength and vulnerability amidst our present and superfluous Information Age. HNM resets your visual perception, triggers your imagination and creativity and activates your intuition. And of course it sharpens your drawing skills in an adventurous way. HNM is all about the act of doing. During an HNM session a series of various performative scenes pass before your eyes. Under the influence of light, sound, performance, projections, props and conceptual experiments, layered images occur with the model as infinite beacon in the chaos. Extremely short and longer poses alternate within a mix of humour, current affairs, high
and low culture, escapism and social criticism. Expectations are put to the test, ingrained
habits are settled and creative impulses are given free rein, during elements as Slow
Motion, Timebomb, Silent Karaoke and Chaos Theoretical Drawing. In 2012 HNM started out as an open studio workshop for art pro’s and amateurs. In the
meantime it also appears successfully on a regular basis as an interactive event in museums, art festivals and as intensive for specific groups. The concept has been also transformed into a special curriculum
