I’m looking for a new studio partner(s) to share my space with me in Amsterdam Noord. Whole studio is x2 rooms and I’m looking to rent the smaller one. About 25m2 of work space, with one very big working wall of 5m wide & 3m high and two smaller ones. Bathroom & small kitchen space shared with just me. 1st floor with lift access. Maximum size of canvas you can get up the stairs is 200x300cm. Safe, secure studios in large creative area. Close to metro & ferries. 450€ pcm which includes BTW, heating & all utilities.
