Het Atelier was founded at the end of last summer, when Kere Stams, Juliette van Maarschalkerwaart and Lotte van de Hoef were talking about the need for a space to share our passions. And how this space could stimulate their work environment by working together and inspiring each other. Before they knew it they had the key to what you could call a dream-come-true, and starting to make their own ju
ngle of fun. Until now, there has been a daily production of work, ranging from furniture to dancing to graphic design. It has been a meeting place for students from the Rietveld to work together on projects. Serious groups projects found place, but serious partying aswell. A lot of new people have met, and a lot of new things have been made. Even when the actual space will disappear in the future, the heart of it will find a new place and continue somewhere else.
