Gallery Chez Freddy Art & Design is opening a duo-exhibition 'Two of a kind but Different', featuring works by Renske Herder and Olav van Lede.

Renske will present new work that she has been working on for the last months. Her paintings are vibrant, figurative and celebrate the moments of quiet connection, daily rituals, and a slow and peaceful way of living. Her compositions balance narrative and abstraction, with details like a flying bird or patterned quilt, evoking folk art traditions through a contemporary lens.
Olav van Lede sees the past as a treasure full of special and valuable moments, filled with meaningful experiences, nostalgia, and a sense of new beginnings. In his work, Olav connects historical documents and themes in a lively way, often using strong icons or objects to tell the story.
