Het thema van het Grachtenfestival dit jaar is groen! 🍃 De Huis, Tuin en Dakterrasconcerten zijn dit jaar daarom vervangen door een serie concerten in en aan de beroemde grachtentuinen. Verborgen achter de gevels van de statige grachtenpanden vormen deze tuinen het verborgen groen van de stad.
Deze zaterdag, 15 augustus, kunt u genieten van deze concerten, op (nu nog) onbekende tuinlocaties. Vandaag geven we echter één locatie vrij, namelijk het Goethe-Institut!
Om 11.00 (uitverkocht) en 13.00 spelen Annemaartje Laeven en Janne de Waard sonates van o.a. Bigaglia, Händel, Heberle en Castello in een barokprogramma waarin de blokfluit centraal staat.

The theme of this year’s Canal Festival is “green”! Consequently, the House, Garden, and Roof Terrace concerts have been replaced by a series of concerts held in and alongside the famous canal gardens. Hidden behind the facades of stately canal houses, these gardens represent the city’s secret green spaces. This Saturday, August 15, you can enjoy these concerts at garden locations that are (as yet) undisclosed. Today, however, we are revealing one location: the Goethe-Institut!

At 11:00 (sold out) and 13:00, Annemaartje Laeven and Janne de Waard will perform sonatas by composers such as Bigaglia, Handel, Heberle, and Castello, featuring a Baroque program centered on the recorder.
