TWO Friends on ONE Question :
Hi, we are two friends from Korea living in Amsterdam.
We first met in 2013 during our study in Seoul, Korea. We both move to Europe for our Master’s and eventually settled here in Amsterdam.
We realised that we wanted to share our cultural heritage to explain ourselves better, and ultimately decided to set up a cultural collective, ‘Zaanchi’.
Zaanchi (잔치), meaning 'Feast' in Korean, it's a Korean way to celebrate and share with the community.
Our mission is to share and celebrate Korean/Asian heritage and reclaim our cultural identity.
