I fell in love with this color palette! Sometimes colors simply create magic together ✨ I combined a champagne like color with the yellow and green and it makes the yellow itself almost gold like.. I’m obsessed 😍

This smaller piece was created for a tutorial for my new course but I got so inspired I’m creating two larger pieces inspired by this one.. to be continued!

Let’s bring back more pictures on here ✌️I felt like my feed was all too filled up with reels and it was in high need of some pictures of my art..

When I personally visit an artists profile, I tend to look at the pictures more than the videos to get an idea of their work. Do you do the same or do you gravitate towards reels?

Anyway, this is a recent piece I made for a tutorial for my new course .. how do you like this wispy piece? Its a small one but I’m thinking it would look great in a bigger piece 😍

A few months ago I experienced a big creative block, and it took me a while to actually recognize it, because it showed up more subtly..

I didn’t really lack inspiration, I was actually overwhelmed with ideas, but none of them really seemed to stick. I hated everything I started, didn’t finish it and just felt frustrated in the process..

Kind reminder: Make art for the people, not the algorithm 🥰

I just finished my in person workshop and it reminded me how much value there is in connecting face to face, to get creative together, and have a shared experience 🙏🏻

while on social media, it’s easy to fall into the trap of wanting to please some black box algorithm that will never really satisfy anyone..

It makes me think I should also be looking into more offline opportunities to showcase my art 🎨 I just never seem to find the time to do all of the things !
