Meet the cast: Aroosha Zahid is Nurse

“An honour! were not I thine only nurse,
I would say thou hadst suck’d wisdom from thy teat.”

Aroosha says: I’m looking forward to a more working-class perspective, especially after exploring nobility last season. It feels like a different way into the play. I’m also excited to collaborate with such a talented cast, and watch Jo’s vision take shape with everyone’s unique energy and interpretation

Meet the cast: Louisa Trad is Juliet

“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet;”

Louisa says: I’m truly thrilled to be part of this production. Working on a Shakespeare classic like Romeo & Juliet is already exciting, but Jo has brought in her own twist, adding even more layers and depth to the play, which makes the whole experience even more compelling.
