Post 40.3 Spiritual resilience through antidotes to the negative characteristics of the DEMIGOD-type state of mind (read: WARRIOR), according to Avalokitesvara

RECOGNIZING THE POISON IN YOUR MIND IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS COMPASSION

THE CORE OF SPIRITUAL RESILIENCE
Spiritual resilience arises when a person can:
-continue to experience meaning;
-avoid being completely swept away by fear, hatred, or despair;
-maintain moral and existential direction under extreme pressure;
-remain connected to something greater than self-centered concern.

That “greater” differs for every Human, e.g. God, duty, a mission, compassion, love.

A demigod state of mind is tough, athletic, competitive, adventurous, quick to enter combat mode; but also quick to be jealous; adaptive and therefore ego-less.

THE RESERVE OFFICER AND THE PROMOTION
In 2026, reserve officer Mark serves with Defence alongside his civilian career. He trains hard and dedicates himself wholeheartedly to helping others.

When a colleague is selected for a prestigious international course, Mark feels jealousy arise.

“Why him and not me?”

More and more often, he compares himself to his colleague. Slowly, the satisfaction he once found in his own work begins to fade.

During a crisis-management exercise, Mark observes that same colleague helping young reservists, sharing knowledge, and enabling others to grow without drawing attention to himself.

At that moment, Mark realizes something important:
Someone else’s success takes nothing away from him.

From then on, he consciously tries to rejoice in the happiness and achievements of others. He sincerely congratulates his colleague and even offers to help with the preparations.

To his surprise, he immediately feels calmer.

The habit of constant comparison begins to lose its grip.

Mark learns to admire without possessing, to support without competing, and to serve without needing recognition.

As a result, he becomes not only a better soldier, but also a better leader.

That is the spiritual resilience of the demigod-type state of mind, the warrior: strength without jealousy, ambition without envy, and service without the need for personal victory.

Post 40.2 Spiritual resilience through antidotes to the negative characteristics of the GOD-type state of mind according to Avalokitesvara

Know your mind and you will better understand the world

Spiritual resilience is the ability of a Human being to remain inwardly upright when confronted with chaos, loss, fear, pain, uncertainty, guilt, death, or existential crises, by holding on to meaning, awareness, values, and inner connection

Spiritual resilience is primarily NOT about:
*Physical strength
*Mental intelligence or
*Emotional stability

but about the question:
What keeps my inner compass alive when everything around me falls apart?

Because life and suffering are inseparably intertwined in a chaotic way, this wisdom about spiritual resilience is not only relevant for society as a whole when the world is on fire with disasters and war, but also for every individual throughout life

THE CARDIOLOGIST AND THE STORM
Dr. Van Leeuwen is a successful cardiologist. He has status, a beautiful home, and a comfortable life. Sometimes he quietly thinks: “I have made it"

When severe floods strike parts of the Netherlands, he volunteers at an emergency relief station There he meets people who have lost their homes, possessions and even loved ones in a single night

He hears an elderly woman say:
“Just last week, I thought everything was safe.”

Those words stay with him
During his work, he realizes that health, wealth, success and status are far more impermanent than he had believed. No one escapes illness, old age, loss, or death.

His self-satisfaction slowly transforms into humility

He no longer thinks: “I have made it.”
Instead, he thinks: “I too am vulnerable"

As a result, he listens more carefully to people, not from a position of superiority, but from compassion

He comes to understand that happiness can disappear, beauty can fade, and power can dissolve
Precisely for that reason, it is important to keep hearing the suffering of others

The disaster does not only change the victims;
it changes the doctor as well.

Thát is the spiritual resilience of the god-type state of mind: being happy without becoming blind to impermanence and the suffering of others.

Post 40.1 INTRODUCTION
‘Spiritual resilience through antidotes to the negative traits of different states of mind’ according to Avalokitesvara

Understanding People = Loving People

We are pausing series 39 for 10 posts of series 40, sharing the compassion and wisdom of Avalokitesvara through EDUTAINMENT to help recognize the negative characteristics and underlying poisons of various mental states that arise, to a greater or lesser extent, in every Human being in response to changing inner and outer conditions.

Edutainment means learning in an enjoyable way.

What makes this series unique is that it offers practical antidote instructions through short stories. These antidotes cultivate compassion.

This interruption is intentional because series 39 mainly focuses on forms, while the core of Reality-TV of the Purple PeaceKeepers (RTPPK) is primarily about content.

In the Avalokitesvara series, that content concerns the workings of the human mind (Reality-TV Channel 1).

Previous series on RECOGNIZING the 7 states of mind according to Avalokiteshvara include:
👉 Series 37: Perspectives on THOUGHTS (videos)
👉 Series 34: Perspectives on WATER (videos)
👉 Series 31: Perspectives on ANGER
👉 Series 20: Perspectives on TIME (videos)
👉 Series 11: Perspectives on AI
👉 Series 4: Perspectives on FIRE

If interested, please scroll through this account yourself, as listing 60 separate links is not possible on this platform.

This series 40 visualizes spiritual resilience and antidotes when you recognize the negativities of a particular state of mind within yourself.

SPIRITUAL RESILIENCE is the ability to remain inwardly steady when confronted with the cause-and-effect of chaos, loss, fear, pain, uncertainty, death, or existential crises. It preserves the inner connection with awareness, meaning and values.

ANTIDOTES are inner counterforces that transform harmful mental states into awareness, wisdom, compassion, and balance. They are practical methods for transforming suffering into compassion and clarity of mind.

After this series, we will continue with series 39(.9) on RTPPK and Citizens in Cities and Towns Protection (CCTP) with Civilian Work Troopers.

You serve within your own local community. As a result, you not only meet new people, but also discover how much commitment, solidarity, and humanity still exist close to home.

Not top-down.

Post 39.8ii.4Recruitment Commercial: SPONSORS (commercial format)©

Target group: companies, charitable funds and societal partners

What happens when a society is suddenly hit by long-term power outages, floods, drone incidents, cyber chaos or communication failures?…

Then it becomes clear that not only professional emergency services matter.It also matters how many citizens are prepared to help each other in practical ways.
That is why work is underway on “Citizens in Cities and Towns Protection” (CCTP): a civilly organized network of locally deployable Civilian Work Troops Reservists, supported through training programs, exercises, videos and public communication.

Not top-down.But bottom-up.In neighborhoods, towns and cities.

The strength of this concept lies in:•RECRUITMENT of committed citizens;•TRAINING through realistic videos and practical exercises;•REPETITION so knowledge is retained.

Short, powerful video formats can rapidly reach large groups of people:young people, students, volunteers, retirees, skilled workers, healthcare personnel, logistics staff and technicians.

Not as sensation.But as preparation.

Training may include:first aid, observation and monitoring, emergency logistics, crisis communication, evacuation support, protection of vulnerable people, food and water distribution, and practical assistance during major disruptions.

For SPONSORS, participation means more than visibility.It means:•investing in societal stability;•strengthening local resilience;•reinforcing connections between citizens;•supporting education and crisis preparedness;•contributing to calm during chaos.

COMPANIES possess knowledge, technology, materials, locations, transport capacity and people.
CHARITABLE FUNDS possess societal impact and organizational strength.

Together, a modern civil support network can emerge that does not begin after a crisis…but long before it.

Video plays a key role in this.Images reach people faster than thick reports.A society that sees itself preparing becomes motivated to participate as well.

From spectator…to participant.

Together building a society better prepared for the unexpected.

From spectator to participant

Target group: INSTRUCTORS (Members of civilian associations for reservists and veterans)

Become not a spectator, but a participant in the protection of our society.

Why would you consider activating conscription, when the shortage of reservists can easily be solved CREATIVELY?

Such a plan begins FIRST with the RECRUITMENT of existing but out-of-Service-ex-officers and -non-commissioned officers for new training courses for Civilian Reservists.

By recruiting TRAINERS from among the members of military associations under civil law for TRAINING and GUIDANCE of Civilian Peace Reservists, the following is created:

• Much greater support for Defence among the civilian population;

• More and stronger mental resilience among civilians;

• More national Peace and international Security;

• A third form of DETERRENCE against “authoritarian freedom restrictors”;

• Acceleration of Total Defence;

• An increase in the sense of solidarity in neighborhoods and villages;

• Quantitative: increased influx of reservists and pre-phase recruitment for military reservist positions.

PS: RTPPK also recruits its Purple PeaceKeepers from this pool.

The General Benefit Foundation CCTP-RTPPK provides a recruitment of 5 x 1,000 = 5,000 flexibly deployable Civilian Work Troop Reservists per EU-state over a period of 5 years for the benefit of mayors in cities and towns (in the Netherlands, an average of 15 Work Troopers per municipality);

All recruitment, selection, formation, and education take place in times of Peace and grey zones time.

Modern warfare focuses less and less solely on front lines.
An opponent actually tries to hit civilians.
The fundamental idea is that a modern society defends itself not only with weapons, but also with functioning cities, networks, citizens, and logistics.

Additionally, the required budget for CCTP for the first 5 years costs less than E.100 M per country; these are purely civil defense investments.

Post 39.8ii.1 Recruitment Commercial (1) 9/9©

Target group: social services and welfare recipients
By forming Civilian Work Troops in every village, district and neighborhood, “Citizens in Cities and Towns Protection (CCTP” gains a true restart.

Recruitment for these “part-time deployable Civilian Reservists” takes place partly through employment agencies and social services.
THIS IS HOW WE INVOLVE EVERYONE: BOTTOM-UP!

Recruitment is combined with TRAINING programs for practical “hands-on” deployment:
🔻 Citizens in Cities and Towns Protecting is through specialized training for the defense of CIVILIANS during war, nuclear-, chemical-, biological-disasters and drone attacks in TIMES OF CRISIS, commissioned by mayors and Safety Regions across all 27 EU-states, operationally organized by the nationally operating Public Benefit Foundation CCTP-RTPPK.

Civilian Work Troopers know their neighborhood and the people living there.
People on welfare often live near the poverty line. If they voluntarily (!) contribute 100 hours per year to support their community for minimum hourly pay, this strengthens integration into society.
The mayor may approve that CCTP earnings are not deducted from welfare benefits.

Naturally, the question arises: “WHO PAYS THEIR WAGES?”:
The answer is simple: citizens themselves, through normal taxation.
But more interesting is: “FROM WHICH BUDGET?”:
From the 1.5% GDP share within the 5% NATO norm intended for “essential infrastructure”.
The 3.5% GDP for purely military spending alone is not enough; societal resilience also matters.
NATO calls this “critical infrastructure protection”, “societal resilience”, “civil preparedness” and a “whole-of-society approach”.

CITIZENS, infrastructure and logistics are also part of national defense.

Let us not forget that CITIZENS are the State’s most essential infrastructure: the most valuable assets of the Democratic Rule of Law that Defense Forces are prepared to protect.

And truly: this does not militarize society.
What is protected is the freedom of every citizen to be who they are.

SUMMARY
Work activities of Work Troops commissioned by the mayor for Citizens in Cities and Towns Protection during horror and chaos 8/9©

There are moments when a city, neighborhood or town holds its breath for a moment. And precisely then you see the difference between chaos and organization.

There they step forward: the Civilian Work Troops.
Not classic military reservists, but civilians trained to act when others grind to a halt.

Their strength?
Preparation ánd the ability to improvise practically. Not just once, but repeated over 5 years, 100 hours a year: exercises with scenario after scenario. From flooding to cyber outages, from explosions to biological threats. Because in a crisis, theory counts only when you what can ‘do’.

Their method seems simple, but, like a civil-military handbook, it is structured with razor precision:

OBSERVATION
Civilians provide real-time images. The RTPPK-Oproom combines everything into clear images.

PROTECTION
Shelters open, evacuations start in a targeted manner. No panic, but a guided movement.

RESCUE
‘The hands’ pull into the rubble, dogs search for life, first aid stabilizes where seconds count.

LOGISTICS
Water points, emergency power, transport; the base keeps running.

COMMUNICATION
Clear instructions, disinfo is immediately dismantled. Trust remains intact.

RESTORATION
Clearing rubble, and something invisible: people are brought back together.

But the real difference lies in the Human side:
You see it in a Civilian Protecting WorkTrooper lifting a child while parents search for something to hold onto;
in someone calmly explaining to an elderly person what is happening
in a mediator who dampens rising tensions before they escalate;
in evacuations that are not the displacement of masses, but the guiding of lives.

What this sub-series 39.8 shows is not a pipe dream, but a blueprint: a society that protects itself:
Where citizens participate;
Where technology and humanity come together.

The goal remains unchanged, regardless of war or disaster:
saving lives, limiting damage, and ensuring that, even in the greatest chaos, life can go on.
