Yesterday, we enjoyed a wonderful International Food Night with .fatima24 at Lycka! It was a lovely evening filled with the rich and vibrant flavours of Pakistani cuisine.
Mehak shared her comfort food with us, including a special dish that her mum always used to cook. With her warm guidance, we prepared a delicious meal together, and everyone was amazed by the incredible flavours.
We ended the evening with spontaneous dancing to Pakistani music, as the girls taught us some dance moves. It was a night full of great food, meaningful conversations, laughter, and connection.
Thank you dear Mehak and thank you everyone who joined and made this evening heartwarming, something we will always remember.

“Hello! I am Alessandra, I started practicing yoga 8 years ago and quickly fell in love with how grounding and uplifting it felt. My curiosity led me to India, where I completed a Vinyasa teacher training and have since continued to deepen my practice.
I will be offering Vinyasa classes at Lycka Buutkamer, a dynamic form of yoga where breath leads the movement and gently guides the body through each pose. Classes are open to everybody and every body, all levels welcome. See you on the mat!”
