Gravity Circus

Gravity Circus "..In the end we're just another mission.." Come one, come all! This is Gravity Circus! No matter who you are or where you’re from, this circus invites everyone!

Our goal is to connect people through music and escape into another reality. After years of discovering our own sound and sharing our progress through singles and an EP, now comes the time to realize our album. We are grateful to have the chance of working with Bryan Wilson (mixing) and Robin Schmidt (mastering) to realize this official debut. It has been a crazy fun road this far and the best is yet to come. The circus is coming to town, with a full throttle blazing rocket propulsion!

Band Biography

In the summer of 2016, Brazilian Japanese left man Jimmy “Onibi” Nagaura Yabiko and Dutch German right man Ken “Toro” Luske formed Gravity Circus, a Dutch duo of two friends with shared musical tastes, varying from artists like Twenty One Pilots, Radiohead, Milky Chance and Foals.

With their stubborn DIY approach and their "nothing left to lose" state of mind, they set themselves out to conquer all radio stations and personal playlists for at least 4 minutes and hopefully declare their improvised, on the spot speech in front of the future Grammy audience (with pants on, obviously).

The ingredients to this acquired taste recipe are (but not limited to): guitars, lamps, bass, dishwashers, drums, bottles, synths, paper towels, airdryers, limbs, cheeks, broken equipment and phones. Nothing is safe from the cheap impeccable imagination of our two youthlings in their late 20's.

It's all fun and games 'till their imagination becomes reality. From melancholic tunes to silly melodies and cryptic lyrics to cynical themes, Gravity Circus attempts to create different musical landscapes in the spectrum of joy and tragedy.
