Today in Bayelsa state there is nò public light anywhere and it is estimated to last 3 months. Add like 4 months for us in Asam bush Biogbolo when no get trasformer. We have senators and reps but even the PHED cannot buy replace it but i am sure they are still billing residents without light.
That is why I want to teach everyone how to install solar light and DC bulbs.
