Bayelsa International FILM Festival BIFF is aimed to be an annual international film festival in Bayelsa State.

BIFF is established with aim to engage filmmakers, artists, performers, academics and members of the creative community, providing an exciting, educative, and information oriented Film Festival. This festival comprises screening of film, awards, seminars, workshops, fashion, talk shows, music performance and entertainment. Its objective is to converge professional, amateur, international and local

filmmakers together and create a platform of unity whereby celebrating our African culture and heritage through film.
