First time gearing up? We’ve got you 🛼

Here’s a quick guide to wearing your safety gear properly before you roll. Save this for your next visit.

A few things to remember:

1. The bigger pads go on your knees. Your legs are bigger than your arms, so yes, it makes sense.
2. Your helmet should fit snugly. Adjust the straps and turn the k**b at the back until it feels secure, not painful.
3. The plastic shell is your shield. Make sure it covers the part you’re trying to protect; knees, elbows, wrists, and head.

Gear up properly, then let the good times roll.
