FIFA has drafted 10 rules to help Manchester United win any cup this season.

1. Man-U will have the right to start a game with 13 players.

2. They will have the opportunity to make 10 subs, each in the first and second half making it 20 in total.

3. If an opponent scores in the first half, the goal scorer will be given a red card.

4. Any throw in for Man-U automatically translates to a penalty kick.

5. If the match ends as a draw, Man-U will advance according to away goals.

6. If it ends goaless at full time Man-U will take 10 penalties while the opponent take the normal 5.

7. The referees will be from Man-U academy.

8. All VAR officials will be mandated to be Man-U supporters and staff before coming into the VAR room.

9. If Man-U scores first, the match is automatically over.

10. At the beginning of every match, Man-U will be awarded a penalty, if the goalkeeper catches it, he will pay the player 10 million Euros.
