Acts 2:17-19 NIV
[17] โ โIn the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
[18] Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. [19] I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
Who knows, for a time as this, we were created. Gloriously join us

By God's special grace and mercy, as we worship Him and lift Jesus high, we envisage an outpouring of His Spirit on us granting us utterance to play our role : Prophesy!(vs17b-18)
Vs 19-20 is our Father's role but as we see above, our role proceeds His', so we position ourselves to play our role.
As we are commanded,
We PROPHESY!
