First love scripturally refers to Revelation 2:4, where Jesus says to the church in Ephesus, "You have forsaken your first love." It symbolizes the early devotion, passion, and love Christians had for God, which can dwindle over time 😔.

Rekindling first love involves:
- Reevaluating priorities (Matthew 6:33)
- Renewing passion for God's Word (Psalm 119:47-48)
- Restoring fellowship with God (1 John 1:9)
- Recommitting to serve others (Galatians 5:13)

Jesus wants us to return to that initial fervor (Revelation 2:5).

Prayer: Dear Father,thank you for the entrance of your word gives light and understanding.
Take us back to thy first love,for thy name sake,in the name of Jesus,Amen.
