I’m still figuring this piece out.

It started as a simple scene, but the more I sit with it, the more it feels like something deeper… something about presence, absence, and the quiet weight of everyday life.

Not finished yet, but I wanted to share where I am.

Lately, I’ve been challenging myself to work on 2–3 portraits at the same time, and honestly… it’s been going well.

This time, I’m not rushing the process like I did last year.

I’m taking my time with each piece, documenting the journey, learning through every stage, and allowing myself to grow with the work.

Sometimes it feels like I’m behind.
Sometimes it feels like I’m moving too slowly.
But I know this pace is necessary, and I trust that the end will be worth it.

So for now, I’ll keep drawing.
I’ll keep experimenting.
I’ll keep testing myself until I get it right.
Growth is in the process, not just the finished piece. 🖤
