Every stroke in this piece was made with intention and love.
From the first charcoal line to the final pastel touch, this drawing of Asake was a journey I truly enjoyed.

I didn’t rush this process.
I let the textures, the shades, and the emotions guide me.
There’s something special about watching a face slowly come alive on paper — layer by layer, detail by detail. That’s where the real magic happens for me.

This artwork isn’t just about creating a portrait; it’s about honoring the energy, the music, and the presence that Asake brings. I poured patience, focus, and passion into every part of it, and I loved every second of the process.
