*TAMPAN ACADEMIC CONFERENCE"* with the theme *"ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION: SOLUTION TO POVERTY IN NOLLYWOOD"* on the 15th December 2020. The papers on the solutions will be delivered by some scholars and captains of creative industry like;

1. Professor Adagbada will speak on "Good Use of Language, a cosmology to Alternative Distribution Platforms".

2. Professor Bode Sowande "Wrong Application of Meta Physics in Our Films, The Bane to Alternative Distribution".

3. Moses Babatope, the managing director of Film One Distribution will talk on "Several Windows of Alternative Distribution, how to maximize the opportunities".

4. Dr. Shuaib Hussein is the Chairman of the Jury, Nigeria Film Corporations, will speak on "Alternative Distribution and its demands of Qualities".

5. Mrs. Cynthia Uche Nwuka the Head, Creative Industry Group, Bank of Industry (BOI) will speak on "A Good Alternative Distribution Plan Opens The Doors to Funding".

I consider this a crucial milestone for us to achieve this year since Covid 19 has impeded most of our planned programs for good part of 2020.

The program if hosted will afford our members the opportunities to explore the prospect of the theme of the conference.

They will be opened to the mainstream of Alternative Distribution for their works and it will also sharpen their understanding of the business of filmmaking as creatives.
