This is all you need to know about Anambra Choral Music Festival 2025.
*INTRODUCTION*
Anambra Choral Music Festival is a landmark gospel music event dedicated to celebrating choral excellence, Christian unity, and the rich musical heritage of Anambra State.
This festival promises to be one of the most inspiring gatherings of choral ensembles in the region, bringing together over 200 choirs and more than 6,000 music ministers from diverse denominational and cultural backgrounds. Through spirited competition and uplifting musical expression, the event seeks to glorify God, elevate artistic standards, and foster greater fellowship among believers.
*PRICES*
Participants will have opportunity to win a number of juicy prizes which are listed below.
*1st prize* : A trophy, 2 million naira cash prize, a piece of land and a million naira worth of record deal.
*2nd prize* : A trophy, and 1 million naira cash prize.
*3rd prize* : A trophy, and 500,000 naira cash prize.
There will also be Individual Category ( Soloists)
Talented individuals from every background have opportunity to participate through this category.
*1st prize* : A car, a trophy, and a cash prize of N1, 000,000. Plus a million naira worth of record deal.
*2nd prize* : N500, 000 and a trophy.
*3rd prize* : N300, 000 and a trophy.
Lots of other prizes ranging from cash prizes, to landed properties from pineleaf estate and properties limited are to be won.
*REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION*
We are delighted to inform you that registration for this competition will officially be open until September 16th 2025, (registration is free for all choral groups, courtesy of Pineleaf estate and properties limited).
Registration of Individual category is #5,200 (chat the admins to get the proper channels for payment)
After the registration of choir/choral group, the group will have until September 16th to send a video of the choir singing a song of their choice, the entry video will be as follows.
- Not more than 4mins
- No instruments, just Voice
- No edits, no cuts and joins, no enhancements in picture or sound.
- It can be a medley of more than one song, but should not exceed 4 mins
This 1st video is the preliminary/first stage of the competition and a very crucial asset for participating choirs. Pls treat very importantly.
*SECOND STAGE*
After the first stage, choirs that made it through the first stage will be contacted and told the venue, date, and time for the second stage of the competition.
The second stage will be held in 3 different zones across the state, so each choir will be assigned to the venue closest to them.
The Dates are as follows.
* *ONITSHA* - 6th Oct.
* *AWKA* - 10th Oct.
* *NNEWI* - 17th Oct.
*GRAND FINALE - Upcoming.*
After the Second Stage, the finalists will be contacted.. The grande finale will be a mega carnival of different choirs, and each participating choir from entry level will have the opportunity to be a part of it. The details will be passed across to all the choirs when due.
*OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO WIN LANDED PROPERTIES*
This event is an intentional step towards supporting music ministers, there are other opportunities to win juicy prices during the course of this event.
As already mentioned above,
The winning choir will win one plot of land, plus 2 million naira.
1. The winning choir will win a plot of land.
2. there will be a raffle draw, where one out of all participating choirs can be a winner just by Grace.
3. Another plot of land will be won through a system which I will explain now.
The entry videos from all the choirs will be posted on Facebook.
Then the choirs will have to push their videos to get the most engagements using provided hashtags, the choir that gets the highest engagement on their video Facebook, they will win one plot of land.
