It was just a normal evening. I was sitting in the living room, scrolling through my phone, when my brother walked in and dropped his phone on the table.

A few seconds later, his phone lit up.

I donā€™t know why I lookedā€¦ but I did.

And thatā€™s when I saw it.

My number.

Calling him.


I froze.

Because I wasnā€™t calling him.

My phone was right in my hand.


I picked up his phone slowly, my heart already beating faster than normal.

The name saved wasnā€™t even my name.

It was something else.

Something that made my chest tighten instantly.


ā€œDONā€™T PICK.ā€


I felt cold.

I checked my phone again.

No outgoing call.

Nothing.


So who was calling him with my number?


I didnā€™t say anything.

I just quietly placed his phone back and acted normal.
