God's Word for You Today
Topic: Recover Your Wasted Years
Text: ‭‭Mark 3:27 (NIV‬‬)
In fact, no one can enter a strong man’s house without first tying him up. Then he can plunder the strong man’s house.

Whoever is able to tie up a thief, can recover whatever was stolen from him.

Recovery is God's will for you. This is why He sent Jesus into the world. You can recover your wasted years from ancestral strongmen if you will accept the lordship of Jesus in your life.

Friends, the strongman who stole the likeness of God from mankind in the garden of Eden has been captured and made to relinquish all that he stole, (Colossians 2:15; Philippians 2:9-11). All you are now divinely required to do is to use the name of Jesus against the strongman in the affairs of your life.

Make this your year of recovery from today and use the name of Jesus to exercise dominion over the strongmen of darkness operating against your life and destiny.

Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I decree the restoration of my wasted years.

Topic: Align Your Will with God's Word
Text: ‭‭‭‭Isaiah 34:16 (NKJV)
Search from the book of the Lord, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.

It is the responsibility of God's people to read His Word as individuals.

Our heavenly Father desires that His people would take out time within their busy schedules to read His Word. This is because He wants them to be filled with the knowledge of His Will for their lives. This knowledge will determine how He responds to them when they call on Him, (John 15:7).

Friends, God is committed to performing His Will in your life when your prayer request is in line with His Words, (Luke 1:45). But your will can only be aligned with God's Word when you have searched them till you have located the ones that address the needs in your life.
If you desire God to intervene in that urgent need in your life then genuinely agree with Him by walking with Him via His Word today.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I receive grace to take out time to study Your Word today, in the name of Jesus.

Topic: Be Consistent In Prayer
Text: Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Everyone has the choice to either pray or be weak at heart.

Man was never designed to live without His Creator. And prayer is the basic indicator that one is functioning as he is divinely expected. So, it is an aberration for any follower of Jesus to find it difficult to maintain a healthy prayer habit.

Friend, a weak or faint prayer life is a pointer that the heart is under some bands of wickedness. This is a very dangerous condition that you must never allow to be your case for it shows that the prince of this world is still an authority in the affairs of your life.
One sure way to cultivate a consistent prayer habit is to desire the backing of heaven in your pursuit of success. You do this by making it a habit to pray for someone you know would need to enter a relationship with Jesus.
Job prayed for his friends before he could recover from his ailment of boils. You also will receive the help of heaven when you ask heaven to help someone.
Cultivate a healthy prayer habit from today.

O heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, disconnect me from every prayer-quenching tendencies and personalities now. 🔥

Topic: Prove Your Discipleship
Text: Luke 10:2 (KJV)
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

The basic responsibility of true disciples of Jesus is to pray for the heavenly Father to send His labourers into the harvest fields.

One way to access the secrets of God is to obey the instructions of Jesus Christ. And today's focal text is the instruction that Christ is giving to all His disciples in every generation. A genuine disciple of Jesus will ensure to engage this instruction at least once in a week.

Friends, a large percentage of the harvest is lost in every generation because Kingdom labourers are still few. And this is because disciples are not asking the heavenly Father to send His labourers into the world.

What we need to understand in order to be adequately motivated to do this prayer is that our heavenly Father operates by the law of "ask and it shall be given unto you."
If you consider yourself a disciple of Jesus, decide today to include this instruction into your prayer list. As you do, more Kingdom generals will be rising to join the ongoing work in the harvest fields.

Prayer:
O Lord, send Your labourers into the harvest fields of my nation, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Topic: Go After Divine Secrets
Text: Psalms 25:14 (KJV)
The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

The Lord has secrets that He can only reveal to individuals who genuinely have reverence for Him; He often unveils to them the terms by which He would be giving them His backing.

The wise are daily searching for secrets that will make them successful in their daily pursuits. They know that life on earth is not worth living without the possession of some working knowledge. As a result, they are always exempted from experiencing the forces of failures attacking their contemporaries.

Friends, God also has secrets that He has reserved for those among His children who want to make their lives count on earth, (Proverbs 25:2). You have a responsibility to search them out so as to establish your authority over the forces of failure.
Enter this new week with a determination to lay hold on the secrets that the Lord has reserved for you and He won't deny you of them.

Prayer:
Father, grant me access to the secrets that You have ordained for me to shine to my world, in the name of Jesus.
