This morning, a first-time customer wanted to place an order.

Everything was fine until payment came up. She requested Payment on Delivery, which I don’t offer.

Her reason stayed with me:

"Vendors have shown me shege"

And honestly… I understood her.

Bad experiences from some sellers are now affecting trust for everyone else.

So the question is:
