MEET THE FEDERAL COMMISSIONER, PETROLEUM MARKETERS TASK FORCE, BENUE STATE, AMB. JAMES UGAH FCIA
Ambassador James Ugah is a native of Mbabai Council Ward, Guma Local Government Area of Benue state.
He attended Army children school Kachia, Kaduna State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate, and proceeded to Government secondary school Kachia, Kaduna State and passed the Senior School Certificate Examination.
Ambassador Ugah later enrolled at School of Health Technology Maiduguri, Borno State. His zest for more knowledge took him to the shores of the United Kingdom for community Health officer course, in Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Liverpool. He later bagged a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Masters Degree in Psychology from Anointed University, Johnesburg, South Africa, .
