I’m deeply honored to accept the Kwararafan Award of Excellence as Most Entrepreneurial Musician in Nigeria.

This recognition means so much to me, not just personally, but as someone proud of my Kwararafan heritage and my roots in Nigeria’s Middle Belt and northern regions.

This award represents more than individual achievement, it’s a celebration of our culture and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our music industry forward.

I’m grateful to everyone who has supported this journey, and I hope this recognition can inspire other young entrepreneurs from our communities to pursue their dreams in music and beyond.
Thank you for this Incredible honor🐺🛖🙏🏿

Nigeria go Survive by Veno Marioghae…

I was just a little boy when Veno Marioghae’s “Nigeria Go Survive” song was released in 1985. I couldn’t help but dance whenever it played. I later learned the song was about optimism and having faith in Nigeria’s strength. It made me love it even more.

I recently had the honor to collaborate with Bill Gates, another believer in Africa’s resilience. I was the music coordinator for the Gates Foundation’s Goalkeepers event in Lagos this month, which celebrated Africa’s progress and promise. I immediately thought “Nigeria Go Survive” would be the perfect anthem.

Veno gave me permission to remake the song so that it speaks to the power of the entire continent. But through this process I was shocked to learn that Veno, the writer of this song that has brought me so much hope and encouragement, had never been compensated. I am happy that I not only get a chance to bring this amazing song back to the cultural forefront but can also rectify a wrong.

We debuted “Africa Go Survive” at the Goalkeepers event. Waje lent her incredible voice, backed by the Loud Urban Choir alongside a moving dance performance by Kaffy and a new rap verse by me. It’s a new anthem for a stronger Africa. Let’s go!

You are a creative so you feel deeply. You think deeply. You’re incredibly emotional. When rejection, doubt, and deferred dreams weigh you down, remember, surround yourself with love. Find people to talk to. You’re not alone. You can heal. Don’t give up on yourself. I believe in you🖤🐺

To release this album, I had to do more than make music.
I had to create a genre.

This is art in its highest calling; sound, vision, word, and motion.

I present to you:

African Super Hero Theme Music

A.S.H.T.M.

A genre born with one sacred mission:
To inspire the humans of Earth.

Because the world is heavy.
Because many have forgotten who they are.
Because somewhere deep inside,
we all need to be reminded;
You are more powerful than your circumstances.

This genre has rules:

The first is inspiration is the goal. Every note, every brushstroke, every frame must lift.

The second rule is it must be cinematic. Big dreams. Big sounds. Big stories.

The third one is it must draw from Africa’s hidden past. From the dreams of our ancestors to the visions in your sleep…retell them with courage.

Lastly, it must be for all. We are all of African descent. If you create with heart, you belong.

So now
Creatives of Earth…
The signal is clear.
The call is loud.

Let’s go change the world

Tonight, a new journey begins.

THE WOLF | A story whispered to me in dreams—
a message meant for you.
Because life has tested you too.
Because the fire you carry still burns.

This is not just an album.
It is a myth.
A revelation.
A call to remember who you are.

Told in chapters.
Beginning now.
Whatever occurs... look forward.
