There's a lot happening behind Scene...

Flexibility training helps our athletes improve their range of motion, body control and overall performance, giving them a stronger foundation for the skills they're working to master...

At LCT, we train beyond the skill.
we build the athlete

Training isn't just about the skills; it's about the mindset we bring into the room

At Team LCT, we remind our athletes that confidence, teamwork and encouragement are part of the training too

Because when we lift each other, we train stronger together 💪❤️
