THE Oath
I woke up feeling tired and restless.
It flash back to the previous day. I and Lucy had a fight that lead to us breaking up, Lucy was my childhood friend, we live in the same estate and attended the same school till university levels, we were so in love that we didn't want anything or anyone to come across us, it was that fateful evening we met in our usual spot and I saw Lucy brought out razor blade and I asked her what is for.
Lucy I don't want to lose you to anygirl promise you will love me till death, I was madly in love with Lucy I wasted no time in replying her. She cut her palm and blood rush out and ask me to do the same I did, we joined our blood together, Lucy repeat after me, (I take this oath today that we will never go apart from each other on less death apart, and we will die together, I pause without saying anything 😳 I saw the look on her face and she continue after we both lick the blood together, we went home that day. Fast forward to our final year in university. I was in my hostel when Mike came to me. Guy guess what I saw on my way coming here, common Mike how do u expect me to do that, just tell me what it is, you know I don't have that time and I'm preparing for my final project
Mike I saw Lucy with a guy in a car kissing, the book I was holding dropped from my hand mike? Repeat what you just say now. Mike guy I can't be joking or lie with such thing na or have I joke with such thing before?
Mike take me there was the next thing that came out from my mouth. Before we could get there we couldn't find Lucy or the car they were in. I went back home tears already dropping from my eyes. Mike guy chill up there are other girls in the campus, many girls have been dying for you in this campus if you want I will get you one now.
I pick up my phone and dial Lucy's number it rings two times no response I was worried it was already 10:45pm she doesn't stay out late or ignore my call, I know something was wrong
I call Mike
Do you know the guy Lucy was with?
Yea he is the one I told that sn**ch my bae from me that time in year two.
Can we locate him? Yes he lives outside the campus I have a female friend who knows his house, Please call her if she can take us there now. Guy is already late nah

We start heading to the guy's place, getting there the gateman didn't allow us in that his boss is busy
