AGBAIGBA OF IJAKA OKE MARKS 2ND CORONATION ANNIVERSARY WITH JUMAT SERVICE
In a remarkable display of faith, unity, and leadership, the Agbaigba of Ijaaka Oke, His Royal Majesty, OBA ROTARIAN NURSE KAYODE JOSEPH OGUNGBOHUN, OSOLO I, joined Muslim faithful on Friday for a special Jumat service as part of activities marking his second year coronation anniversary.
The royal father, accompanied by members of the Agbaigba-in-Council, attended the congregational prayer to appreciate Almighty Allah for two impactful years on the throne. The Jumat service was held in an atmosphere of gratitude, peace, and communal harmony.
Speaking shortly after the prayer session, the monarch expressed profound appreciation to God and to the people of Ijaaka Oke for their continuous support, loyalty, and cooperation since his ascension to the throne. He emphasized the importance of religious tolerance, unity, and peaceful coexistence among all residents of the community.
The religious leader in his sermon, offered special prayers for the royal father, the traditional council, and the entire town, asking for continued wisdom, strength, and prosperity throughout his reign.
